Belgian regulated markets

Pursuant to Article 3, §1, paragraph 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002 on the supervision of the financial sector and on financial services, the list of Belgian regulated markets recognized pursuant to paragraph 1 of the aforementioned provision, and every change made to that list, is published in the Belgian Official Gazette (Moniteur belge/Belgisch Staatsblad) by the Minister of Finance. The list is also posted on the FSMA (formerly the CBFA) website.
