The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of Atlantic Global Asset Management, a company that offers investment services.
Atlantic Global Asset Management is not an authorized investment firm in Belgium. It is therefore not allowed to provide investment services in or from Belgium.
Moreover, according to the information available to the FSMA, the activities proposed could be of a fraudulent nature, i.e. boiler room fraud. More information on this form of fraud is available in the general warning published by the FSMA on 9 February 2017.
The FSMA thus strongly advises against responding to any offer of financial services made by Atlantic Global Asset Management and against transferring money to any account number it might mention.
Atlantic Global Asset Management uses the website www.atlanticgam.es, the email addresses firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com and the phone number + 883510001246114. It claims to have its registered office in Cape Verde (Av. Cidade de Lisboa, BAICenter, 2 piso, Prai, Cabo Verde, C.P. 337).
Atlantic Global Asset Management has already been the subject of a warning by the Austrian supervisory authority (FMA), dated 26 November 2016.
