The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of Concord Financial Consult, a company that offers investment services. Moreover, this company has usurped the FSMA’s name and logo.
Concord Financial Consult is not an authorized investment firm in Belgium. It is therefore not allowed to provide investment services in or from Belgium.
Moreover, according to the information available to the FSMA, the activities proposed could be of a fraudulent nature, more specifically involving the fraudulent offer of wealth management. More information on this form of fraud is available in the general warning published by the FSMA on 6 August 2020.
The FSMA therefore strongly advises against responding to any offer of financial services made by Concord Financial Consult and against transferring money to any account number it might mention.

The FSMA has noted that the names and logos of the FSMA and the FPS Finance are being used in the context of this fraudulent offer of financial services and products.
Fraudsters send consumers a document intended to certify that the company has the necessary authorizations to provide investment services. However, this is a false document which usurps the FSMA’s name and logo.
This is a case of identity theft, whereby swindlers attempt to extract money and/or personal information from their victims. Therefore, the case has been transmitted to the judicial authorities.
