The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of Global Alliance Capital, a company that offers investment services.
Global Alliance Capital is not allowed to provide investment services in or from Belgium.
Moreover, according to the information available to the FSMA, it could be a so-called 'boiler room' fraud. More information on this form of fraud is available in the general warning published by the FSMA on 7 June 2019.
The FSMA therefore strongly advises against responding to any offer of financial services made by Global Alliance Capital and against transferring money to any account number it might mention.

It also uses two bank accounts, which it claims were opened in the name of Emerald Hill Partners Limited.
Global Alliance Capital has also been the subject of a warning by the Dutch supervisory authority (AMF).
