The operation reported relates to the mere formal acceptance of Long-Term Incentive (LTI) granted in execution of a decision of the Board of UCB held in February 2022. These LTI grants must be formally accepted by their beneficiaries during the month of April 2022. All terms and conditions of the LTI grants, as well as the number of LTI granted, have been defined and pre-determined by said Board decision of February 2022. These LTI instruments have a vesting period of minimum 3 years (2025).
