Fuchs & Associés Finance SA (hereafter “FAF”) an investment firm governed by Luxembourg law that was active in Belgium via a branch, has been dissolved and placed in judicial liquidation. Its authorization has also been withdrawn. The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) advises clients of the Belgian branch to contact the firm.
