Changes to prudential requirements and introduction of a new reporting template for those requirements

This Communication informs the sector of:

• The entry into force – on 1 January 2024 – of new provisions governing the prudential requirements for management companies of UCIs and AIFs and
• The introduction of a new survey for monitoring compliance with these new provisions.
