The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) hereby announces that on 31 March 2009, in accordance with Article 2 of the Royal Decree of 21 August 2008 on the rules for certain multilateral trading facilities, the modified market rules of Alternext Brussels were approved with effect from 1 April 2009.
