BEWARE OF FRAUD!

AVOID FRAUD: IF AN OFFER SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS!

Have you just received a credit offer or a proposal for investments or financial services, and you would like to know if you should go for it? Be vigilant, as there are a lot of fraudulent offers in this sector that target Belgian consumers.

The fraud can take several forms; consult the information on this page to be able to recognize signs of fraud.

Do you suspect that the offer being made to you may be fraudulent? Have you been the victim of investment or credit fraud and you don’t know what to do? Feel free to contact the FSMA directly.

Never deal with a company about which a warning has been published!

To check whether the company offering you a service has been named in a warning, please consult the warnings published on the website of the FSMA, foreign supervisory authorities or IOSCO.
