The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) hereby announces that on 24 February 2015, in accordance with Article 2 of the Royal Decree of 21 August 2008 on the rules for certain multilateral trading facilities, it approved the modified market rules of Alternext.
These market rules enter into force as of 16 March 2015 and are available on Alternext’s website: https://www.euronext.com/en/regulation/alternext.
