Article 18 of the European Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of 7 October 2020 on European crowdfunding service providers for business.
The ESMA keeps a register of all crowdfunding service providers that are authorised. This register is available on the ESMA website via this link. This register contains, in particular, a list of the Member States in which the crowdfunding service provider has notified its intention to provide crowdfunding services.
