Via a new series of animated films, the FSMA seeks to raise the awareness of insurance intermediaries active in the field of life insurance of the risks they are may encounter regarding money laundering and terrorist financing.
This film (available in French and Dutch only) explains the concept of ‘financial sanctions’ and sets out the obligations that arise from the detection of a person or entity to whom such sanctions apply.
