The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) announces that in accordance with Article 4, paragraph 3, of the Royal Decree of 14 December 2006 on the Alternext market for financial instruments and amending the Royal Decree of 5 March 2006 on market abuse, the amended market rules of Alternext have been approved with effect from 1 August 2007.
