The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) announces that in accordance with Article 40, paragraph 2, of the Royal Decree of 3 June 2007 concerning the rules and procedures for transposing the Directive on markets in financial instruments, the amended market rules of Alternext (Brussels) have been approved with effect from 1 January 2008.
