The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) hereby announces that on 30 April 2013, in accordance with Article 5, § 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002 on the supervision of the financial sector and on financial services, the modified market rules of the regulated markets organized by Euronext NV/SA (namely “Euronext Brussels” and “the Euronext Brussels Derivative Instruments Market”) were approved.
