The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) hereby announces that on 8 February 2011, in accordance with Article 5, § 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002 on the supervision of the financial sector and on financial services, the modified market rules of the regulated markets organized by Euronext NV/SA (namely “Euronext Brussels” and “the Euronext Brussels Derivative Instruments Market”) were approved with effect from 14 February 2011.
