The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) hereby announces that the modified market rules of the regulated markets organized by Euronext NV/SA (namely Euronext Brussels and the Euronext Brussels Derivative Instruments Market) were approved on 7 and 21 February 2017 in accordance with Article 5, § 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002 on the supervision of the financial sector and on financial services. These market rules enter into force as of 6 March 2017.
