Auditor ‘Conduct of Business Rules’ for the Central Inspection Team

The ‘Central Inspection Team and Supervision of conduct of business rules and of DORA’ service fulfils a key role in supervising compliance with conduct of business rules.

Conduct of business rules require companies to act honestly, fairly, and professionally towards their clients. The best-known are the MiFID and IDD conduct of business rules. The FSMA supervises compliance with these rules and thereby contributes to a financial system that serves society, inspires trust, and places consumer interests at its core.

Conduct of business rules are often formulated in general terms. The FSMA shapes its policy through concrete supervisory actions: inspections, analysis of documents, review of websites and apps, interactions with supervised entities, etc.

We are recruiting committed professionals who are interested in participating in a social mission and in contributing to the public interest, while enjoying competitive benefits and a good work-life balance.
