By a decision taken on 24 June 2026, the Sanctions Committee of the FSMA imposed an administrative fine of 350,000 euros on EXMAR NV for two infringements of Article 17 of the Market Abuse Regulation. The company had failed to publish as soon as possible the inside information that was available to it on 19 May 2020 and 18 June 2020.
