This circular (available in French or Dutch only) determines the concrete procedures to be followed by institutions for occupational retirement provision (IORPs) when submitting reports for the 2018 financial year.
IORPs must submit their complete FiMIS report at the latest three weeks before the general meeting at which the annual accounts are to be approved. If the general meeting makes any changes to the draft annual accounts, these changes can be entered in the reports until 30 June 2019. IORPs are asked to confirm the date of the general meeting at the latest by 28 February 2019 in an email sent to the address pensions@fsma.be.
