On 14 November 2017 the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) issued a warning against the activities of GTI Net (Global Trading and Invest Network). GTI Net disputed this warning before the French-speaking Court of First Instance in Brussels. By judgment of 6 December 2018 the Court dismissed the claim of GTI Net. Hence, the warning of the FSMA continues to apply in full.
