On 13 October, the FSMA presented, at a meeting of the Belgian Investor Relations Association (BelIR), a toolbox designed to provide persons in charge of investor relations with a number of guidelines for their interaction with the FSMA.
Listed companies are subject to information disclosure obligations laid down by international and national laws and regulations. In order to shed light on these topics, the FSMA publishes circulars, communications, handbooks, FAQs, etc. In line with this pedagogical approach, the FSMA decided to put together a toolbox, available on its website, covering a number of topics it thinks will be of interest for investor relations.
