The FSMA sent out a newsletter to intermediaries and credit providers on 16 December, reminding them of the report they are required to submit on the continuing professional education they completed in 2025. Intermediaries and credit providers are expected to submit their report at the latest by 31 March 2026, in their registration file in Cabrio. This functionality is available in Cabrio as from 15 December 2025.
