The FSMA makes work programmes (available in French or Dutch only) on rules of conduct in the insurance sector available to insurance distributors. These work programmes give an overview, for each topic, of the applicable legislation and regulations. These are intended as a practical guideline and resource for compliance with the rules of conduct.
