Storage of regulated information (STORI)

STORI is the Belgian central storage mechanism.

The Royal Decree of 23 February 2010 designated the FSMA as the institution that, as from 1 January 2011, will be responsible for the central storage of regulated information within the meaning of the Transparency Directive.

STORI contains the regulated information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market, and for which Belgium is the home Member State, within the context of their obligations regarding periodic and certain ongoing information, as well as for issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on Alternext (operated by Euronext Brussels NV/SA).

STORI contains the regulated information that issuers have filed with the FSMA. Unless there are any technical problems, the information submitted is immediately and automatically made available as received by the FSMA. The issuers thus remain fully responsible for the reliability of the information submitted, and the FSMA cannot be held liable for the quality or the contents of the information made available via STORI.

STORI contains the regulated information submitted after 1 January 2011 to the FSMA.
