The FSMA has noted that Neura-L (https://trade-platform.space/) falsely claims to be registered with the FSMA. In this way, this trading platform seeks to appear trustworthy in order to mislead investors.
Neura-L is not registered with the FSMA and does not hold the necessary authorisation to provide financial services in or from Belgium. Furthermore, it appears that this entity operates a fraudulent trading platform and is committing investment fraud.
The FSMA advises investors not to respond to any offers from Neura-L (https://trade-platform.space/) and to cease all contact with this entity.
To check whether a company is authorised to offer financial services and products, investors should consult the FSMA page ‘Check your provider’. If in doubt, they can contact the FSMA directly.
The FSMA reiterates that it is not authorised to recover lost investments or to claim compensation for them. Nor is it authorised to demand the payment of taxes. It will never contact investors for this purpose.
