The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) hereby announces that on 2 December 2008, in accordance with Article 5, § 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002 on the supervision of the financial sector and on financial services, the market rules of the regulated markets organized by Euronext NV/SA (namely “Euronext Brussels” and “the Euronext Brussels Derivative Instruments Market”) were approved. The effective date of entry into force of various provisions is provided in the explanatory communication N101.
