Conduct rules (IDD)

The Insurance Distribution Directive, which was transposed into Belgian law by the Law of 4 April 2014 on insurance, contains information obligations and conduct of business rules that apply to all distributors of insurance products (insurance companies and insurance intermediaries), which are thus required to act honestly, fairly and professionally in accordance with the best interests of their customers.
