This unofficial list contains the names of issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market and companies for which Belgium is the home Member State as regards their obligations to provide periodic and certain types of ongoing information (Royal Decree of 14 November 2007).
Belgium is, for these purposes, the home Member State for:
- issuers which have their registered office in Belgium and which have issued shares, or debt securities with a nominal value per unit of less than 1 000 euro;
- issuers which have their registered office in a third country, which have issued shares, or debt securities with a nominal value per unit of less than 1 000 euro, and for which Belgium is the home Member State;
- issuers of securities other than those mentioned above which have chosen Belgium as their home Member State (regardless of where their registered office may be).
The issuers under category 2° and category 3° are included provided they have made known to the FSMA their choice of Belgium as their home Member State.
The FSMA draws attention to the fact that the Royal Decree of 14 November 2007 does not apply equally to all issuers whose names are on the list.
