The regulated information can also be found on the investors' section of the issuers' websites, which for many years now have been required in Belgium to meet certain conditions.
Pursuant to Article 41, § 1, last paragraph, of the Royal Decree of 14 November 2007, the CBFA (now the FSMA) provides hyperlinks to the investors' sections of the websites of issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market and for which Belgium is the home Member State; the links provided are those submitted to the FSMA by the issuers.
The list also contains links to (the investors' section of) the websites of issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on Alternext (operated by Euronext Brussels NV/SA), provided these issuers – which have no obligation in this respect - have voluntarily provided the FSMA with a link to their website.
These websites often include not only the regulated information but also other information (such as press releases not considered regulated information, information on corporate governance, information on corporate events, etc.). Moreover, they also contain regulated information dating from before 1 January 2011.
