The FSMA is setting up a procedure for the authorization of statutory auditors who intend to carry out an audit mandate at undertakings for collective investment, management companies of undertakings for collective investment, regulated real estate companies and institutions for occupational retirement provision.
Applications must be submitted in writing, by 1 September 2021 at the latest, to the FSMA, secretariat for the Policy, Legal Service and International Relations Department, Congresstraat/rue du Congrès 12-14, 1000 Brussels. Thereafter, applications (including all documents for the file) must also be sent to the FSMA by email to the following address: policy@fsma.be.
