In a communication, the FSMA sets out the procedure for the filing of information notes with the FSMA pursuant to the Law of 11 July 2018 on public offers of investment instruments and the admission to trading of investment instruments on regulated markets. The information note must be filed with the FSMA at the latest at the time when it is made available to the public.
