At the request of Mr Pierre-Yves Dermagne, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Economy and Employment, the Insurance Commission issued an opinion on 24 May 2024 (DOC/C2024/2) on a draft royal decree on the information obligations of insurers with regard to costs charged on insurance products that are eligible for tax reductions as set out in Article 1451, 2° and 5° of the Income Tax Code 1992.
