The FSMA has published the regulation of 31 October 2023 on the accreditation of training providers. This regulation lays down the conditions for obtaining and maintaining an accreditation as a training provider. It enters into force on 1 January 2024. The regulation provides for a transitional period of six months to allow training providers to adapt the courses they offer for continuing professional education (CPE) and the certificates of attendance to the new rules.
