Newsletter: Brexit – Update – European passport for certain intermediaries and the impact of Brexit

News article

The FSMA regularly informs intermediaries and financial service providers via newsletters about topics of interest to them, such as changes to legislation and supervision. As we approach the end of 2020, the FSMA once again wishes to review certain developments in supervisory practice. In the coming days, you will receive brief newsletters about various topics, such as the impact of Brexit, the end of the transition period for ancillary insurance intermediaries, and the anti-money laundering legislation. To keep up to date with the developments, we advise everyone to consult these newsletters.

The current newsletter provides an update on the European passport for certain intermediaries and the impact of Brexit.
