The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of Tan Allen Piguet Asset Management, a company that offers investment services.
Tan Allen Piguet Asset Management is not allowed to offer investment services in or from Belgium.
According to information available to the FSMA, moreover, this may be a case of fraudulent activity, and more particularly of 'boiler room' fraud. More information about this form of fraud is available in the general warning that the FSMA published on 18 June 2020.
The FSMA thus strongly advises against responding to any offers of financial services made by Tan Allen Piguet Asset Management and against transferring money to any account number that company might mention.
