Then come and join our team at the FSMA!

Become a legal counsel with the Central Inspection Team.

WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?

The department “Central Inspection Team, Supervision of Conduct of Business Rules and DORA” plays a key role in monitoring conduct of business rules. These rules require companies to act in an honest, fair and professional manner in the interests of their clients. Among the most well-known conduct of business rules are those set out in MiFID and IDD. The FSMA monitors compliance with these rules, thereby contributing to a financial system that serves society, inspires confidence and ensures that consumer interests remain a central concern. Conduct of business rules are often formulated in general terms. The FSMA’s policy is shaped as a result of concrete supervisory actions: inspections, the analysis of documents, websites and apps, contacts with companies under supervision, etc.
