Efforts are made at European level to harmonize the form and content of the information to be notified by management companies of UCITS and AIF managers in respect of their cross-border activities.
There are new forms to be filled in in English by management companies of UCITS and/or AIF managers intending to carry out activities within the territory of another European Economic Area (EEA) Member State
- through establishing a branch in that other EEA Member State; or
- through free provision of services.
