The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) held an online event (webinar) on Friday, 28 January 2022 attended by a large group of Dutch-speaking and French-speaking intermediaries, where it presented its new guide to the conduct of business rules for the distribution of insurance products. The practical explanations provided in the guide are intended to help all those working in the insurance sector with the conduct of their day-to-day activities.
