Opinion of the Commission for the Voluntary Supplementary Pensions of the Self-Employed about the possibility of an early uptake of the supplementary pension in a situation of ‘particular hardship’

At the request of the Minister for Pensions, the Commission examined the question whether a citizen facing a situation of particular financial hardship should be able, exceptionally in such circumstances, to use the supplementary pension he or she has built up.
