I am buying this to be compliant with the Ackermas & van Haaren Corporate Governance Charter which requires Board Directors to own at least 10000 euros worth of shares in AvH. As I joined the board in May 2023, I am purchasing this after verfying with the Corporate Secretary of AvH that it is an 'open period' and thus I can transact.
