When did this disciplinary regime enter into force?

The banker's oath entered into force as of 15 January 2025 for fit & proper persons (Categorie 1) and managers responsible (Categorie 2) carrying out activities in credit institutions. 

For all other banking service providers the regime has been in effect as of 15 July 2026.
