Investment firm

In this section you will find the lists of those investment firms which are authorized to provide investment services and to carry out investment activities in Belgium. The prudential supervision of Belgian portfolio management and investment advice companies is carried out by the FSMA. Belgian stockbroking firms are under the prudential supervision of the National Bank of Belgium. The FSMA oversees compliance with conduct of business rules by all investment firms established in Belgium.
